Before Letsignit, IZIPIZI’s graphic designer would create email signatures in an image format. Then, send the signature one by one to each employee. The employees had the task of adding the signature to their emails themselves. With every new marketing campaign or collection launch, the graphic designer would have to create a new signature and send it out to each employee once again. The result was that employees would regularly not have the correct campaign at the right moment. It was just as complicated for the employees to keep up with the constant updating.
